Cancellation Policies
- If the cancellation is 3 or more days before the contracted date, the Company will refund 100% of the payment.
- If the cancellation happens 1 to 2 days before the contracted date, the Company will refund 50% of the payment.
- If the cancellation is the same day as the contracted date, the client must pay in full.
- If the cancellation is due to a severe natural phenomena excluding rain or because of the prohibition of the Dominican Navy, the Company will return the 100% deposit.
- If the cancellation is during a holiday, the client will be charged 100% of the deposit. From Dec 24 to Jan 7 and Holy Week are all holidays.
- Rescheduling can be coordinated in the event of severe rain where deemed unable to charter by the navy.
